At B&B, we believe the best work is completed in a safe and well-monitored environment. For this reason, we have worked to make safety one of our primary concerns. We employ a comprehensive company safety model that outlines our adherence to the strict Haz-Mat, OSHA, Waste Management, and EPA standards in throughout all phases of our projects. The company safety manual and policies are recognized and enforced regularly by our on-site crewmembers, and by supervisors in weekly jobsite safety meetings.
Value Engineering
The aim of value engineering is to help the owner improve efficiency and decrease costs. BBPCI keeps the idea of value engineering in mind on every project. BBPCI looks at every angle of the project throughout the construction process and determines if there is a more cost-effective material that could be used. While keeping a project under budget is always the goal, BBPCI also tries to keep sustainability in mind. All projects should be built with the future in mind. BBPCI will assist the owner in determining the best materials for completing their projects under budget and on time.
Constructability Analysis
In addition to Value Engineering, BBPCI also analyzes all building procedures during the actual construction process to determine the best construction procedures. Many ideas are brought forth by our construction team and analyzed to determine the best process to utilize. The goal for our team is to build the best project possible without detracting from workmanship and value.
